If talking about a young star on the rising, Bella Thorne is one of the first to come to mind. I remember not even 5 years ago reading about her getting a kid show of Disney Channel and she has far outgrown that persona.
This actress from Florida started her career as early as 9 years old and hit the jackpot when getting her own show to call home back in November 2010. Although that show ended at the end of last year, Thorne is no where close from leaving the spotlight, recently starring in Blended with Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore just this year.
In recent years, Bella has been dabbling with music. She released a more retro-inspired song named "Call it Whatever" at the end of last month and hopefully more in the near future.
Thorne is currently 16 years old, but has already accomplished so much. Not to mention, the takes on the characteristics of a much older woman. Being so young and a "child-star" can be very difficult to prove yourself, especially with these logos, but Bella is proving everyone wrong while looking good at it.

Just because she's young doesn't mean she has no sense of what she likes. In fact, she was recently featured in InStyle magazine showing a style she calls "Tim Burton meets Barbie doll". Her looks usually feature bold colors or prints but still look put together and she can certainly rock any outfit thrown at her and put no effort into it. Above are three of my favorite looks of many and while she looks good, she still looks comfortable. Along with that note is modesty. Bella never has been known for wearing anything scandalous and that gives me some faith in humanity (where bathing suits have become just two tiny pieces of thin material).
I can see Bella doing a ton of great things in the future and can't wait to watch as it happens. Stay beautiful and keep the fashion game up!
